DURING OUR TIME TOGETHER

We will dig deep into your life to uncover any patterns and triggers that may be affecting your health.

We will identify the main lifestyle areas to focus on

to bring more balance into your life .

We will find out more about you, and your values and what holds you back .

Together we will set sustainable goals and a plan for how to achieve this.

I will provide you with support, encouragement and accountability.

I will challenge your beliefs and value your emotions, your intuition and your somatic wisdom.

Health Coaching Package

£180/month

(3 sessions a month)

There is a minimum commitment of 3 months. But once this is over you can stick with me as long as you like.

We will meet either online or in person for 60 minutes 3 times a month.
