a little

I am so glad you are here, even though you are feeling a bit all over the place.

I see you

Struggling with rollercoaster moods, emotional overwhelm, lack of sleep and exhaustion.

Terrified you might never feel like yourself again?

You are wondering if there is anything out there that can help you feel better.

Even though you eat organic foods, shop ethical, and usually do things naturally, maybe HRT is an option…

any more

You are feeling like you have no support, no space, and no time for you.

And you need to hold it all together.

Why did nobody tell you about Peri-menopause or Menopause ?

Your mother bloody well kept quiet about that one !

Hi, I’m Adi

You might have already tried counselling, anti-depressants, HRT, the coil and sleeping tablets and it didn’t work. Because none of these things get to the root cause of your hormonal health imbalances.

What you need is an integrated approach, one that takes into account and values your psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual health.

One that looks for the root cause of your health issues, and supports and nourishes your system as a whole rather than depleting it.

One that sees the connection between early life events and how things are showing up in your life and health right now.

So what’s my story?

I spent a lot of my teens and early twenties struggling with anxiety and depression.

I grew up in a highly suppressive apartheid culture in South Africa with a legacy of trauma and fear.

I had no idea who I was, had no confidence, and felt completely uncomfortable in my own body.

I also hadn’t realised that my crazy moods were connected to my hormones. Going on the pill created even more disconnection with myself.

When I came to the Uk in my early twenties I truly hit rock bottom.

I sought the help of a homeopath for my ibs, unexplained sadness and anxiety

I finally began to heal the underlying causes of my ill-health.

I was so amazed at the power of a few little while pills that I decided to study and become a homeopath.

I began to see that within each one of us lies an incredible capacity for healing and wellness, that is always available.

We need only take the time to listen

Homeopathy and natural medicines were there again when I struggled with my fertility, and when I was exhausted and at a low after the birth of my daughter.

I know what it’s like to feel down, and not sure who you are anymore.

I know what it’s like to feel afraid.

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body.

I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, overwhelmed and want to give up.

But I want you to know ..

.. there is a natural way to balance hormones, help mood-swings, improve your sleep and more. Your body has an incredible healing power.

You can heal from this !
